Equipment Care & Damage
We pride ourselves on providing safe and exciting inflatable fun! To keep our equipment in tip-top shape for everyone:
- You are responsible for any damage to the inflatable equipment during the rental period — including rips, tears, punctures, or stains caused by misuse or negligence.
- A damage deposit may be required. If equipment is damaged, the deposit goes toward repair or replacement costs.
- Normal wear and tear is expected. Intentional damage, or damage caused by exceeding weight limits or improper use, is the renter's responsibility.
Reservations & Deposits
To secure your reservation, we require a nonrefundable deposit (the amount is confirmed when we send your quote). Once received, your date and equipment are locked in exclusively for you — the deposit cannot be refunded, regardless of later changes or cancellations, so please consider your date carefully before booking.
Flexible Rental Periods
Every event is different, so rental periods are negotiable. Need more time — or a different window? Reach out and we'll work with you to find the best fit. Changes to the rental period may adjust the overall cost; we'll confirm exact numbers with you before anything is final.
